Biography
I am a first year Ph.D. student at Carnegie Mellon. I received my undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Electrical/Computer Engineering in May 2004, also from Carnegie Mellon. I have previously interned at Global InfoTek, a government contractor in Northern Virginia, and more recently at the IBM Almaden Research Center, working on the WebFountain project.
Research Interests
My main research interests are in machine learning. Specifically, I am interested in its applications to areas such as computer systems/architecture, as well as the social sciences.
